These Terms apply to your participation in the Independent Educator Pro Early Access opt-in, including viewing informational content, receiving emails, and accessing the IEPro walkthrough.
These Terms do not govern paid subscriptions or use of the IEPro platform once Early Access opens. Separate terms will apply at that time.
2. No Obligation or Guarantee
Signing up for Early Access updates does not:
Create an obligation to purchase
Guarantee access to Early Access
Guarantee pricing, features, or availability
All Early Access details are subject to change prior to enrollment.
3. Informational Content Only
All content provided during the opt-in phase, including videos, emails, and written materials, is for informational purposes only.
Nothing provided should be considered legal, financial, or business advice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials associated with Independent Educator Pro are owned by IEPro or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Misuse opt-in pages or content
Attempt to access restricted areas of the site
Interfere with the operation of the website or communications
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Independent Educator Pro shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of Early Access opt-in materials or communications.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as we move from opt-in to Early Access enrollment or later phases. Continued participation in communications after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
